If your request is custodial/maintenance in nature, please submit a ticket to the Facilities department here: Facilities and Custodial Support

Please note: The Facilities department will take care of the physical installation of projectors and SmartBoards. The IT Department handles the configuration of projectors, SmartBoards, and related software after they are physically installed. The IT department is also responsible for the management of the telephone system.

To streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize this support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. You will need to log in with your Google credentials (the same username and password that you use to log into your email).
